The company Modern Technologies & Filtration Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1996.
Thanks to the ingenuity and experience of our team, we have developed and implemented a number of innovative technological solutions. Research carried out in close cooperation with the Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Warsaw and the Institute of Industrial Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences have resulted in breakthrough solutions in the field of liquid and gas purification.
We participate in the COMPLETE research project: “CLOUD-MicroPhysics-Turbulence-Telemetry.” The motivation of the project is the fact that clouds are the largest source of uncertainty in weather prediction, climate science, and remain a weak link in modeling atmospheric circulation. This is rooted in the fact that clouds depend on the physical and chemical processes over a huge range of scales, from the collisions of micron-sized droplets and particles to the airflow dynamics on the scales of thousands of meters. The aim of COMPLETE is to develop an inter/multidisciplinary training network that will prepare high-potential early stage researchers (ESRs) with both scientific and industrially-oriented skills that will advance our understanding in these multi-scale complex natural phenomena. The training programme will combine the scientific investigation of specific aspects of cloud physics and related turbulent dynamics with training in key professional skills. This comprises an exceptional experimental programme that includes field experiments, laboratory and numerical simulations, the design and development of advanced fast temperature probes, velocity MEMS and innovative atmospheric mini radio-sondes; all aimed at the production of new, Lagrangian based, cloud fluctuation datasets, required to reduce the fragmentation of results and knowledge in this field. COMPLETE runs from June 1, 2016. until May 31, 2020.
The development of research on the pyrolysis of organic waste has enabled the launch of innovative waste gasification plants. We are currently building the fourth generation of the EKOD device. Our industrial filtration systems and gasification installations are recognized and successfully meet the high expectations of customers. Thanks to a carefully selected team, which consists of both engineers and outstanding scientists, we are able to adjust each parameter so that the installation is strictly adapted to the client’s requirements. We have the possibility of conducting basic research, computer simulations and performing modern projects. We are a company open to new ideas. We are eager to take new challenges to solve even the most complex technological problems.
We invite you to cooperation
